This cooking class will take place in an outdoor kitchen at the foot of Cuesta de Lipán mountain in Sepultura. Besides learning how to cook authentic Andean dishes, you will also learn about the history of his family, including meeting his father Cupertino. But cooking isn’t just about using the pot – you will also collect organic vegetables from the neighboring gardens. And after dinner, Jairo’s mother Santos will also tell you about her life story and teach you how to sing the Argentinian folklore coplas.
