Embark on this all-included immersive mine tour in the heart of Bolivia and learn all about the local community miner’s work and lifestyle while walking through the old mines of Cerro Rico.

The beginning of this tour will start with a safety briefing and equipment explanation. You will be equipped with a impermeable jacket, trousers/pants, rubber boots, helmets along with an electric lamp.
Before beginning the adventure into the mines you will have the chance to stop at a Miner’s Market where you can buy souvenirs to take back home.
From the souvenir point, you will be guided to a refinery plant known in the area as ‘The Engines’. After exploring the point of ‘The Engines’ you will then be guided to the most popular point of the tour by going inside the mine of ‘Rosario Bajo’ and ‘Candelaria Baja’ both belonging to a local mining group called Cooperative Unificada.
At the end of the tour you will have the chance to experience a dynamite explosion if you wish, or may return directly to the starting point of the tour!
