You will start the tour from Rua Pamplona 795, which is situated at one of the city’s most famous landmarks, Avenida Paulista – a long busy street lined with corporate towers, hidden mansions, a beautiful park and a famous museum. Although this street is busy, but not to worry – you will be cycling on specially marked bike lanes from the city’s uptown to its center, on the way cycling over and under overpasses and checking out the local street art at the same time, until you arrive at the oldest part of São Paulo.
Here in the oldest part of the city is where you will see some tourist attractions including the Cathedral Patio do Colegio, which marks the city’s founding. Besides that, you will also get to see the Stock Exchange, the Municipal Theater and explore the Japanese district Liberdade – which houses the biggest Japanese population in the world outside Japan.
There are 3 options available for this bike tour – in the morning, afternoon or evening, and all of them will you a different riding experience. During the day, you can experience the hustle and bustle of South America’s largest metropolis, while at night you can discover its more downbeat side. You will ride a total of 15 to 18 kilometers – sounds long?
