How well do you know of the Villarrica National Park in Chile? Situated on a lateral arm of the Andes mountain range, this park is characterized by its volcanoes, forests, caves, rivers and lagoons. Join us on a half-day tour as you embark on a hiking trail to the Huinfiuca Lagoon situated inside the park.
This hiking trip will take approximately 5 hours and will bring you through the beautiful natural landscape of the national park, surrounded by ancestral araucarias with a beautiful view of the Awel Ñanku (Lanin) volcano as its major attraction. During the trail you will see forests of different types of trees such as araucarias, quilas and coigües – to eventually end up in the Huinfiuca Lagoon where, depending on the season, you can take a swim if you wish to.
