Enjoy a day-hike in the beautiful Valle Pingo. Enjoy some beautiful views of Torres del Paine National Park, and also discover the wildlife with a local certified guide.
Duration: 3 hours
Distance: 8 km (5 miles)
Start/End Location: Puerto Natales
You will begin your Torres del Paine hike from Puerto Natales and then head towards the Pingo River. There, you will enter a flat path with slight ups and downs. You will start bordering the river and later forests with amazing views towards Paine Grande and Cordon Olguin. This will approximately last 1 hour and a half before arriving at the viewpoint of the Cascade “Chorrillo Los Salmones”.
You can sometimes see salmons going down by these cascades, hence its name. The interesting thing about this sector is that it is only an area to tour with a certified guide since the forest has not been affected by the last fires inside the park, and has a low number of visitors. You will then return to your starting point while admiring the local flora and fauna.
After this Torres del Paine hike, you will then be taken back to Puerto Natales.
After you book your experience, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming that your payment went through. You will then be connected directly to the tour operator, in case you have any further questions. We are also happy to answer any questions about the tour, or travel in general in your country of destination.
