You will then taste the sweet side of traditional recipes at 2 different stops, the first being Salpicon – a fruity refreshing beverage that contains tropical fruits; and the second being the famous Obleas, a large slim cookie filled with cheese, arequipe (a milk-based sweet cream) and marmalade.

After that, we will walk a few blocks eastwards for the final and most famous paisa dish: Bandeja Paisa. This generous dish is a reflection of Paisas’ warm hospitality and their interest in giving the best to their visitors. Finally, after a cup of coffee, you will be brought back to your hotel.
