Full day. 7:30 am – 16:30 pm.
Depart from Punta Uvita at 7:30 am for a 1.5 hour drive to San Pedrillo Station in Corcovado National Park. It is a scenic ride where you may spot whales during whale season, dolphins, or marine animals like sea turtles and marine birds. At Corcovado you will start a hike of around 2.5 hours. Spot wild life like the Spider, Howler, and White Faced monkeys, different varieties of birds, plants, and trees over one hundred years old in danger of extinction. A delicious picnic style lunch will be awaiting you at the ranger station. After lunch, a boat will take you to Caño Island Biological Reserve for an amazing snorkeling experience. The reserve boasts some of the healthiest coral reefs in Costa Rica and you will get to explore them for about 1.5 hours. Spot a great variety of marine species, many of which are in danger of extinction. The boat will get back to Uvita beach at approximately 16:30 pm.
Departure time is 7:30 am. Different price for children under 9 years old.
