THREE DAY VISIT
DAY 1
10:00 Â – Arrive at Kichwa village
10:30 Â – Walking tour through the biodiverse Kichwa farm (sampling of cacao fruit)
13:00 Â – Traditional lunch of local delicacies prepared by Kichwa family
14:30 Â – Demonstration of the preparation of traditional drinks: manioc beer, Amazon stimulant tea, and dairy-free palm-fruit milk
15:30 Â – Preparation of artesanal chocolate from noble cacao beans
19:00 Â – Organic evening meal featuring endemic foods
20:00 Â – Cultural dance presentation and rainforest healing / spiritural demonstration
DAY 2
7:30 Â – Hearty breakfast of fresh juice, local plantains and eggs from free-range hens
8:15 Â – Visit local attraction, with choice of:
13: 00 Â – Nourishing lunch at community cabins
14:15 Â – Preparation of traditional hunting / fishing traps, and cultural games
19:30 Â – Bonfire and cultural exchange
18:30 Â – Barbeque on river beach, weather permitting
DAY 3
7:30 Â – Â Breakfast featuring local and international cuisine
9:00 Â – Â Visit Kallari cooperative center to see the fermentation, drying, classification, bag preparation and shipping of cacao beans
10:30 Â – Arrive at Kallari office for an introduction to the various products, chocolate sampling, and an opportunity to purchase items.
12:30 Â – End of tour

Three day tour price  = $ 336 per person for a minimum of five visitors.
