During this tour you will explore the El Chorro de Giron waterfall as well as the Cloud Forest area of the Yungilla Valley where many tropical products are farmed in the area. Some popular products are bananas, coffee, flowers and more.

This tour will start with a scenic drive through the countryside of the Tarqui Valley. First we will stop at a historic location of the independence battle and learn a bit about the history of the battle. From that point we will be able to see the beautiful Andes landscape.
After, we will head towards the waterfalls of El Chorro of Giron which is a dense flora area full of orchids and soft moss. We will hike in the area through very scenic vegetation to reach the waterfall which rises as high as 250 ft.
Once we visit the waterfall we will then head towards Yungilla valley and discover the multitude of tropical products that are produced and farmed in the area such as platains, coffee and sugar cane. In this leg of the tour you will be able to experience the ‘Mapanagua’ which is made out of traditional and raw sugar cane.
The scenery will then change with the final leg which will be a hike in a desert. In the desert we will visit a small oasis and then stop to end the tour with traditional food in an authentic and local restauraunt.
