Duration: Full Day (8:45 am-17:00 pm) Start and end location: La Paz Availability: Year-round (depending on wind and weather, snorkeling in the sea lion rookery is prohibited June-August and snorkeling is available on another side of the island)
Early in the morning, you will meet your guide at the tourist pier of La Paz (see below for additional meeting point options and pickup options). The boat departs from the marina at 8:45 am. At Espiritu Santo Island, get ready to experience a natural paradise with stunning island scenery and lively marine wildlife. Your guide will tell you all about the island’s natural history as you pass by on the boat.
After about a 1.5-hour boat ride, you will arrive to the sea lion colony. Then, you will get to snorkel with sea lions and tropical fish along with your guide. After that, you will enjoy a delicious lunch on a pristine, remote beach. Relax, snorkel again, or go hiking on the island. Finally, you will return to La Paz by about 17:00 pm.

During the sea lion mating period, from June 1st through August 31st, you will observe the sea lions from the boat. Then, you will snorkel at a different site with tropical fish, away from the rookery.
The minimum age for this tour is 5 years old.

The trip typically departs from the La Paz Tourist Pier at 8:45 am. Departures from RED marina and Costa Baja marina are also available, with special departure times and hotel pickups. Contact us at email@example.com if you are interested in departing from a marina other than La Paz Tourist Pier.
The physical activity level for this tour is low to medium, involving boat travel, snorkeling, and hiking. The snorkeling and hiking parts are optional.
