Explore Islands and Ocean on this Kayak Mexico Tour
On this Kayak Mexico and Snorkel Expedition adventure, you will kayak to some of the best islands in the Bay of Mazatlan: Venados and Pajaros Island. You will explore the coastline while learning about its natural and geological history from expert guides. This kayak Mexico tour offers options for all levels: single kayak for the most experienced and adventurous, double kayak to share, or tandem double kayak with a guide. The adventure will be documented by a guide with a GoPro camera.
During the trip, you will visit the best beaches for swimming and the best reef locations for snorkeling. The small archipelago you’ll visit is a natural protected area and a major ecological reserve for regional marine and terrestrial flora and fauna such as brown booby birds, pelicans, reptiles, and endemic plants. Furthermore, various tropical colorful fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and other invertebrates inhabit the rocky reefs along their coastline. These local marine ecosystems sustain most artisan fisheries and the livelihood of many local fisherman and families.
