You can get to this amazing Ngabe Community named Silico Creek, located at km25 of the road Punta Pena-Almirante on the limit of the Ngobe-Bugle and the Bocas del Province, by different ways:
From Panama City (9 hours), you can get to the community by the Panama-Changuinola bus from the Albrook Terminal (everyday at 8:am,7:pm and 8:pm) and by car, take the Interamerican Highway until the cross with the road to Gualaca (at the km404), where you have to turn right until you get to cross the mountains to later turn left to the Punta Pena-Almirante road, up to the km25.
From David (2 hours) , you can get to the community by the David-Changuinola bus at the David Terminal (daily each 20 minutes), and by car, take the Interamerican Highway until the cross with the road to Gualaca (at the km404) and turn left to the Punta Pena-Almirante road, up to the km25.
From Bocas del Toro Archipelago (1 hour 30 minutes), you can get taking a marine taxi from Colon Island to Almirante, where you can take the David to Silico Creek bus.
From the Costa Rica border (2 hours 30 minutes), take the taxi to Uracca Terminal in Changuinola and there take the bus to David up to Silico Creek.
Visit to the cocoa farm, to see the trees, talk about the plantation and the fruit, and taste the seeds directly from the tree.
