On this tour you will be able to experience the National Parks of Soberania and Chagres.
With the creation of Gatun Lake from the Panama Canal many different mountain tops were turned into islands and this offers endless channel possibilities. Both of these National Parks are home to a wide variety of species such as rare birds, howler monkeys and hundreds of various flora and fauna.
You will undertake the two through expedition kayaks that will allow you to get closer and experience the natural treasures that surround the two parks.
This tour will begin at 8am with a pick up at Panama City.
You will be driven along the Panama Canal and pass by Miraflores as well as the Pedro Miguel locks. You will arrive to the Gamboa Public Ramp and 40 minutes later board a motor boat to take you north along the wide Panama Canal in a one hour long trip to start kayaking around the National Parks of Soberania and Chagres around 10:30am.
You will then eat lunch in the afternoon and continue kayaking around the area with your guide to explore the wide variety of biodiversity in the area!
Around 3 to 4pm you will be returned to Panama City.
