On this tour, you will start by embarking on the Pacific Queen vessel from the Flamenco Resort Marina. The first stop will be to visit the Miraflores Lock and then moving onto the Pedro Miguel Locks.
After exiting the Pedro Miguel Locks, you will be taken to the point where the Chagres River flows into the canal, also known as the Culebra or Gaillard cut. This cut is one of the main attractions for visitors as it is carved through the continental divide and this section of the canal is full of history.
Afterwards, you will enjoy a trip through the famous Lake Gatun – during your transit through the Gatun Lake, you will pass through the research station of Barro Colorado and experience the Gatun Locks, the only one in the Atlantic Sector.
You will arrive back in Panama City around 8pm.
After you book your experience, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming that your payment went through.
