Each class includes a market trip to purchase ingredients, preparation of a traditional dish, a recipe to take home, and enough food to feed all your friends or family. Private classes can be arranged or shared classes for small groups. Our Mayan cooks are native to Lake Atitlan, and their rich tradition and culture is expressed in the food.
